--- Wednesday, March 26th at Columbia University
The conference begins the morning of Wednesday, March 26th at Columbia University in New York City at the Faculty House (Harrison Room, 400 West 117th St., New York, NY 10027 (212) 854-1200). Hotel arrangements and payments have been made for Tuesday, March 25th at the Lucerne Hotel (http://www.thelucernehotel.com/). Below are MTA directions for those of you taking public transit from the airport or train station:
a.) From Grand Central Station, take the shuttle to 42nd Street, then take the 1 train to 79th Street.
b.) From Penn Station take the 1 train uptown to 79th street.

--- Thursday & Friday, March 27th & 28th at Rutgers University
The second and third days of the conference will take place at Rutgers University at the Cook Campus Student Center (59 Biel Road, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 (732) 932-9215). We have chartered a bus from New York to New Brunswick, New Jersey on Wednesday evening. Hotel arrangements and payments have been made for the University Inn (178 Ryders Lane, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-8556, phone (732) 932-9144 http://univinn.rutgers.edu/). The University Inn reservations include a free continental breakfast, but you will be charged for all other incidentals.


Travel Reimbursement:

In an effort to get the most affordable airfares, we ask that you please book your flights early to any of the New York area airports (Newark, JFK, or LaGuardia) and be sure to retain all receipts and boarding passes for reimbursement. Regrettably, we are unable to fly you first-class, so please book coach. If you have extenuating circumstances and need assistance making your travel arrangements or if you have any questions, please contact Alexis Buckley at lexbuck at rci.rutgers.edu

We prefer you submit all of your travel receipts at once, after the conference. As a policy, Rutgers will not reimburse without original receipts (please no copies) and for airfare we require the boarding passes, so please be sure to include them when you turn in your paperwork.
